How to send and receive payments?
Sending and receiving payments through Native Teams can be done in a few steps.
How does it work?
You will see the “Add/Send Money” button on a few places in our app, but the one on the left-hand side of the menu it's always visible and can be accessed no matter where you are on the app.
How to add money to your wallet?
To add the money into your virtual wallet, click on “Add money” > select which currency wallet you want to add money to > choose the amount.
In this step, you can choose how you would like to add money - either by bank transfer, credit or debit card, Paypal or by requesting payment from someone else.
How to withdraw money from your wallet?
Once you click the “Send money” button, you can choose whether you want to send the money to yourself or to someone else.
If you want to send the money to yourself, you can choose between the wallet-to-wallet transfer or bank transfer or you can send the money directly to your card.
When you want to transfer the money to someone else, you can choose to either transfer the money to their wallet, to their bank or select a batch transfer for users in your organization.
If the recipient is not a Native Teams user, then they will be invited to sign up for a free account and their funds will be accessible in their wallet.
