Can I add an employee without creating the contract?

Yes, you can. If you are not ready to complete the contract right away, you can start the process and save it as a draft.

• While the employee is saved as a draft, they will not receive an invitation to join Native Teams.
• You can return to the draft at any time, make changes, and finalise the contract whenever you are ready.
• Once the contract is finalised, the employee will receive an invitation to review and sign.
