Employed Status: how does it work?

The process of applying for an “employed” status on your employee's behalf is simple, as it includes just a few steps:
- Log in to your Native Teams account, and click on the “EOR application” button within the Native Work section in the main menu.
- Fill in the required EOR information, such as the country of employment, job title, and details about your employee’s salary.
- Fill in the required personal details, such as nationality, address, personal identification number, bank account, and other salary details.
- Upload the required documentation, such as the employee’s ID card or other documents.
- Review information, generate a contract, and send the application to Native Teams.
