We are thrilled to announce upcoming improvements to our platform that will significantly simplify the process of gathering monthly payroll changes for EOR users. This change involves the introduction of a new Payroll Changes tab under the Team section, allowing employers to enter all monthly changes for their seats directly.

The monthly changes tab under Team allows employers to directly enter all monthly changes for their seats, making it easier to manage payroll updates.

  • Simplified data entry

Employers can now add and update data through the monthly changes tab for the following categories:

-Contracted annual leave

-Sick leave

-Unpaid leave

-Overtime hours

-Bonus

-Other

  • Approved absence and expenses

All approved absences and expenses will be automatically reflected within the monthly changes tab, ensuring accurate records.

Submission deadlines

To ensure timely processing, users should track the following deadlines for submitting monthly changes:

  • Absences: By the 21st of the month
  • Other changes: By the 12th of the month
