How can I make payroll changes on a monthly basis?

Monthly payroll changes on the Native Teams platform can be done from the “Payroll Changes” tab under the Team section. This feature will allow you to make direct updates for your seats to help you simplify your payroll management. 

Using the Payroll Changes tab, you can update various seat categories, including:

  • Contracted annual leave,
  • Sick leave,
  • Unpaid leave,
  • Overtime hours,
  • Bonus and other adjustments. 

All the approved absences and expenses will be automatically reflected within the monthly changes tab to ensure accurate records. However, to ensure timely processing, it’s important to note the following submission deadlines:

  • Absences - by the 21st of the month. 
  • Other changes - by the 12th of the month.
