How can I receive international payments?

Our streamlined international payment solution empowers you to effortlessly receive funds from your global clients through our advanced virtual wallet system.

Here are a few key points you need to be aware of:

  • Bank transfers: These are restricted to three currencies—EUR, USD, and GBP. However, you can still make payments using any of the other supported currencies.
  • Additional payment methods: In the app, you can conveniently use Payoneer and card payments to top up your wallets, pay invoices and make payment requests in any currency.
  • Internal transactions: You can use your wallet to perform internal transactions, such as converting USD to EUR, and then submit withdrawal requests to transfer funds to your personal bank account.
  • Currency matching: If your client opts to pay in a specific currency, please ensure that you send the invoice or payment request through the platform in that same currency. This ensures that our bank processes the payment accurately according to the chosen currency.
