For individuals, the process of signing contracts begins after they complete the EOR application and provide all necessary documents for compliance. We offer localised contracts based on the country of employment, ensuring legal compliance and clarity. Additionally, all contracts are available in bilingual versions for ease of understanding.
Once an individual has completed the application and provided the required documents, they will be offered to sign the contract. This can be done easily using a form within our application interface, streamlining the process and eliminating the need for manual paperwork.
After the individual has signed the contract, our team will review the submission. Once everything is approved, the signed contract will be accessible in the individual's documents section within our platform, providing a convenient way to access and reference their contractual agreements.
