What are the absence management responsibilities for employers and individuals?

Employer

As a user of Employer of Record services, you are responsible for managing your team members' annual leave entitlement on the Native Teams platform. Please note that if annual leave specified in the employment contract isn’t fully used, you’ll be required to compensate for the unused leave upon termination of employment unless local regulations state otherwise.



Individual

As an individual Employer of Record user, you’re responsible for managing your annual leave on the Native Teams platform. Please note that if you don’t fully use the annual leave specified in your employment contract, you’ll be required to compensate for the unused leave upon termination of employment unless otherwise prescribed by local regulations.
