What happens when you send a Payment Request?

Upon sending a payment request, your recipient will receive an email containing instructions for payment. They can choose to pay either by card, wallet or through a bank transfer. 

Once we receive their payment, it will be instantly added to your virtual wallet. 

You can retain the funds in your wallet or transfer them to your bank account, with the transfer process taking up to 1-3 working days.
