What is the difference between an LLC establishment and an e-commerce solution?

While both LLC establishments and e-commerce solutions are connected to each other, they have a very different role in setting up and running an e-commerce business.

Starting from an LLC, it acts as a separate subject that owns and operates your e-commerce store. This includes the legal part of your operations - separating your personal and business assets and liabilities, managing your business finances (revenue, taxes, profit, and expenses), and ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements.

E-commerce solutions, on the other hand, are the tools and platforms that are used for running an e-commerce business. Using these platforms and tools, you’ll be able to establish your e-commerce presence and manage day-to-day operations such as online storefronts, shopping carts, product listings, payment systems, and others.

In essence, an LLC is responsible for managing the legal part of your business, while e-commerce solutions are responsible for the operational aspects of running an e-commerce store.
