What is the difference between PEO and EOR?
An Employer of Record (EOR) provider can help you hire employees in other countries on your behalf, while a Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) cannot always do that.
Companies that want to hire new employees in countries where they don’t have legal entities can use EOR to provide legal employment through the provider’s entities.
On the other hand, companies that need help with HR, administration, and payroll in countries where they already have established legal entities can use PEO services.
Simply put, a PEO offers the same services as EOR but does not provide legal employment for employees in other countries.
