What are my obligations as a user of the legal entity feature?
To open a UK legal entity with Native Teams, you must provide all the necessary documents and information needed for the establishment of your company.
The first step is to subscribe to the Native Company pricing plan, which is designed with three different Tiers, aiming to accommodate your unique business requirements and needs:
- Tier 1 - Starting at €75 per month, for up to €5500 total amount of funds in your wallet.
- Tier 2 - €150 per month, for up to €8000 total amount of funds in your wallet.
- Tier 3 - €219 per month, for over €8000 total amount of funds in your wallet.
In addition to your monthly subscription, there is a one-time registration fee of €50, which covers the initial setup and registration process for your company.
Our Native Company plan includes all-inclusive support from our professional accounting and tax teams, as well as round-the-clock assistance from our customer support team for any legal entity-related matter.
