How can I navigate the Native Teams platform as an employer?

In this article we’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions on navigating the Native Teams platform.

Once you’ve logged into your account, you’ll first encounter the digital wallet with quick actions to:

    • Top up funds — This option allows you to add funds to different wallets via bank account, credit/debit card, Payoneer, and payment request.
    • Send money — Easily send money to yourself or someone else using their bank account, wallet, or batch transfer for employees.
    • Make currency conversion — Convert funds with just a few clicks in 20+ available currencies.
    • Request payments — Access all of your payments — whether that’s payment requests, payments received, paid, inactive, or archived ones.
  • Access to purchase options for accommodation and flights — Plan and pay for trips and provide your employees with better benefits and work devices all through the Native Teams platform.

Below these quick actions, you can see your balance for different wallet currencies. Scroll down a bit to find your latest transactions and their status.

To access the full scope of our services, click on the sandwich icon in the top right corner. It will open a menu that gives a short overview of each service. By hovering over Native Pay, you can see the same quick actions again and the additional ones for creating an invoice and batch transfer.

For a clear overview of your invoices, payment requests, wallet, payment contracts, and travel bookings, simply click on the corresponding icon after these quick actions.

Next on the list is Native Work, which also includes quick actions to:

    • Add a team member — This takes you to a tab to add new employees and contractors to your Native Teams’ Team. You also get a clear overview of the current employees and contractors, including their roles, monthly payroll, and EOR status.
    • Schedule absence — Clicking on this quick action lets you see your employees’ pending requests and upcoming absences. You can also schedule absences yourself and see the full calendar.
    • Create an organisation — Set up your organisation by adding your organisation name, email, company name, and logo.
  • Go to payslips — Find your employees’ payslips and other important documents in one place.
    • Payroll changes — Quickly jump into the monthly payroll tab of the Team section and make changes to your payroll.
    • Benefits — Unlock employee benefits, including private health insurance, gym membership, pension plans, and more.
  • Tax allowance — Tax allowances refer to a sum of money that your employees can transfer from their Native Teams wallets to their bank accounts without being liable for any taxes or contributions.
  • Payroll calculator — Calculate the cost of salary for your employees, including their net salary and social security contributions.

Following Native Work is Native Company, which allows you to set up a legal entity in the UK to maximise tax benefits and integrate Stripe into your e-commerce payment process. That said, to access Native Company features, you’ll need to complete an application.

In the Native Mobility section, you have an overview of your employees’ requests for work permits/visas — everything from country, submitted date, expiration date, and status. To kick start your employees’ application process, click on the ‘Create a request’ button and complete the fields.
