How do I check if there's anything urgent I need to deal with?

Look at the three alert cards on your dashboard — Critical priority alerts, High priority alerts, and Medium priority alerts — each showing a count (e.g. 'You have 0 alerts'). If any of these show a number above zero, that's something worth checking.
