How does the contract signing process work for employers?

With Native Teams’ Employer of Record (EOR) solution, you can onboard global talent with localised employment contracts. Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Submit an EOR application

Your company initiates the process by completing the EOR application via our platform. You’ll provide details such as the employee’s personal information, country of employment, job role, and other documentation required for legal compliance.

Step 2: Receive the employment contract

Once information is submitted, you will be offered an employment contract that is fully localised and compliant with your employee’s country’s labour laws. The contract is available in both English and the employees’ local language for easy understanding.

Step 3: The employee reviews and signs the contract

The employee receives the contract via the Native Teams platform. Then, they should review and sign it directly through our platform.

Step 4: Compliance review and approval

Our legal team reviews the signed contract to ensure everything meets local regulations. This step typically takes a few business days.

Step 5: Final documents accessible on the platform

Once approved, the signed contract is stored securely within the Native Teams platform, giving both your company and the employee easy access anytime.
