How does the request process work?

The request process is simple and includes the following steps:

• Step 1. Open an entity wallet (Euro)

Set up a company-owned wallet through the Native Teams app.

• Step 2. Request a dedicated Euro IBAN

Request a unique Euro IBAN that will be linked directly to your entity wallet.

• Step 3. Submit KYB information

KYB is mandatory to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Step 4. Compliance review 

Your application undergoes a compliance review. Approval depends on regulatory checks, and requests may be declined in high-risk cases (AML/sanctions).

• Step 5. IBAN is linked to the entity wallet

Once approved, your dedicated Euro IBAN is activated and ready to use.
