How to change the gross monthly salary for your employee

  1. Log in and go to “Employer Dashboard > Payroll”.
  2. Open the “Payroll overview” and select the employee.
  3. Click “Add inputs” for the month when you want to request the change.
  4. Choose “Salary change” as the input type.
  5. Enter the updated and current gross salary amount, request reason and a due date.
  6. Submit the request. Native Teams will prepare an annexe to the contract reflecting the salary change.
  7. The employee must sign the annexe. After the annexe is signed, the new salary will take effect starting the next month.
