How to onboard gig workers via your business

To onboard gig workers:

1. Log in to your account using valid business credentials.
2. Go to your dashboard and click ‘Add team member’ or ‘Team’.
3. View your team list and click ‘Add’ to add a new person.
4. Use CSV upload for bulk onboarding or manual entry for single workers.
5. Once submitted, workers get an email to create their account. This automatically starts the KYC process and generates the necessary compliant documentation.
