What are the key features, and how do I use them?

Here are some of the key features and how you can use them:

Dashboard & alerts

See all your tasks, payroll cycles, and important deadlines in one real-time dashboard. You’ll always know what needs your attention first.

Team management

  • Click on the “Teams” icon in the navigation panel to view your entire global workforce.
  • From here, you can also add new team members or manage existing ones.
  • In the Team Overview section, you’ll see a complete list of all your employees.
  • You can filter the list by country or employment status to find specific team members.
  • To view more information about an employee, simply click “View details” next to their name.
  • You’ll then be able to see their personal details, employment information, monthly payroll records, and related documents - all in one place.

Payroll & inputs

  • Click on the “Payroll” icon in the navigation panel to access your team’s payroll records.
  • Here, you can view payroll statistics and a complete overview of all team members.
  • You can also export payroll reports from this section for your accounting or compliance needs.
  • You can filter the data by employee name, type of input (such as sick leave, unpaid leave, or contracted annual leave, etc.), or by date.
  • To add or edit inputs, click on the three dots next to the desired employee, make your changes, and click “Save.”
  • Your updates will be saved, reviewed, and reflected in the next payroll cycle.

Note:

  • The deadline for submitting monthly inputs is the 10th of each month.
  • Absences for the current month can be logged until the 21st of the month.

Invoices hub

  • Click on the “Invoices” icon in the navigation panel to view all your company invoices.
  • You’ll see the Invoices Dashboard, where you can check your overdue amounts, get a billing overview, view total monthly costs, and much more.
  • You can also view invoices by status — pending, overdue, or paid — and filter them by date, country, type, or team member.
  • If needed, you can export invoices directly from this section for your records or accounting purposes.
  • To view the details of a specific invoice, click “View details” next to the invoice you want to open.
  • You’ll be able to see all related information, such as the recipient’s name, email, invoice type, and country.
  • You can also download the invoice as a PDF for your reference.

Wallet & cards

  • Click on the “Wallet” icon to open your Wallet Dashboard.
  • Here, you can view your available balance, check bank details, order a card, add funds to your wallet, or send money. You can also view all your recent transactions in the panel below.
  • To order a card, you’ll first need to complete your KYC verification. Once verified, you can proceed to order your card directly through the dashboard.
  • To add money to your wallet, click on “Add”, enter the desired amount, choose your top-up method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer), review the payment details, and confirm the transaction.
  • To send money, click on the “Send” option. Add the recipient’s details, enter the amount, review the payment information, and complete the transfer.
  • If you’d like more information about your card, you can also download the card manual directly from the dashboard.
