What is the difference between a reimbursement and a prepaid request?

Reimbursements - claims employees submit after spending their own money, shown with category, status (e.g. 'Action needed'), and amount.

Prepaid requests - requests for funds before the employee spends them; shows 'All caught up!' when there's nothing pending.
