Where do I organise my team into groups, rather than just one big list?

Go to People > Team management. Unlike People overview (a flat list of everyone), this lets you create named teams (e.g. 'Demo Design,' 'Demo Engineering') and see who isn't assigned to one yet, under 'Unassigned people.'
