How and when are the payments for expenses reimbursed?

Expense reimbursements can be facilitated through two methods: a direct transfer to the wallet or, upon employee request, reimbursement through their salary.

How?

• Immediate wallet transfer: If the reimbursement is processed via the wallet, it is immediate, ensuring swift access to the reimbursed amount.

• Inclusion in their salary: Alternatively, if the employee opts for reimbursement through their salary, the approved expenses will be included in the next month's salary payment.

Prepaid expenses: This feature allows employees to submit prepaid expense requests directly through the app. The employer will then review these requests before paying them through wallet or salary.
