How do I delete a ticket?

To manage your tickets, please navigate to the ticketing feature on the left side of the menu or at the dashboard within the app, where you'll find a list of your tickets on the screen. By clicking on the three dots next to each ticket, you will be presented with the option to delete a specific ticket.
