How does my subscription billing work?

Native Teams will charge you a subscription fee based on your usage. 

During your account creation, you will get to choose your account tier, depending on the anticipated limit of the total amount of funds in your wallet. Below are the tier thresholds of Native Teams’ plans:

  • Tier 1 - up to €1,500 total amount of funds in your wallet.
  • Tier 2 - up to €5,500 total amount of funds in your wallet.
  • Tier 3 - over €5,500 total amount of funds in your wallet.

If your usage (your total amount of funds) exceeds your current tier’s threshold, you will be automatically upgraded to a higher tier. This ensures that you always have access to the Native Teams platform and all the features of your plan without any interruptions in your work.

However, please note that once you select or you’re upgraded to a new tier, you will not be automatically moved to a lower tier if your usage decreases. If you want to get downgraded due to reduced usage, you should contact our support team to get assistance.
