When you send an invoice or payment request to your client through our platform, you can track its status as 'pending.' Once our bank receives the payment and our team credits it to your wallet, the status of the invoice/payment request is updated to 'paid.’
Upon sending the invoice, your client, who serves as your organization's admin, receives an email and must proceed to make the payment either via card, PayPal or through bank transfer. Alternatively, the admin has the option to use their virtual wallet for payment.
After your client initiates the payment, if it's through a bank transfer, there is a standard waiting period of 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your wallet. This timeframe assumes the correct bank details and associated Reference are used.
Should there be any deviation in the provided information, the payment may not be processed within this period. In such cases, manual verification within our bank account is required, necessitating confirmation from the payer's bank.
