How many cards can my clients use to pay their payment requests?

When it comes to the payments you receive, certain rules are in place:

  • You can send payment requests and client invoices to multiple clients;

  • Your clients can pay online with a card, wallet or bank transfer.

In both cases, clients must use cards and accounts they can verify if requested.

Additional verification may be required in the following situations:

  1. If a client pays your invoices or tops up your Native Teams wallet with more than three different cards;

  2. If a client pays your invoices from more than three different bank accounts;

  3. If you have multiple clients using the same cards for payments.

In such cases, you may be asked to provide a contract or document demonstrating a mutual agreement with your client for a specific service. Additionally, proof may be required to confirm ownership of the cards used.

Please note that this applies particularly to payments made with more than three different cards and when different clients use the same cards.
