You’re always in control of your direct debit, and you can update or stop it whenever your business needs change. Here’s how to manage your mandate:
Every direct debit can be stopped at any time by contacting your bank. Once cancelled, no further payments will be collected.
If you want to cancel, update your bank details, or modify your existing mandate, our support team can handle it for you.
What happens after cancellation?
Payments will no longer be collected automatically, and you’ll need to switch to manual payments unless you set up a new mandate. (Keep in mind: from early 2026, a €25/user monthly fee will apply to accounts that choose not to use direct debit).
