How to send and receive payments?

Native Teams’ wallet offers multiple options for sending and receiving funds. 

Adding money to your wallet

  1. To deposit funds into your wallet, click on the "Add" button in your wallet. 
  2. Select the wallet you want to deposit funds into, then enter the amount. 
  3. Choose one of the available payment options.
  4. Fill in the required details based on your chosen payment option, then select your top-up reason.
  5. Review the details, and click on the “Add money” button to finalise the process.

Sending money from your wallet

  1. To send funds from your wallet, click on the “Send” button in your wallet.
  2. Choose the recipient. To withdraw funds to your wallet, bank account, or card, choose the “Myself” option. To send funds to someone else, choose the “Someone else” option. 
  3. Select the payment method - wallet, bank, or card. 
  4. Select the wallet you want to send/withdraw money from, then enter the amount.
  5. Review the details, and click on the “Send money” button to finalise the process.

Payment requests

One way to collect a payment from someone else is the payment requests tool. 

  1. Click on the “Request” button in your wallet.
  2. Fill in all the necessary fields: payer’s name or email, requestor (your organisation or yourself), category, currency, amount, and request frequency (one-time, weekly, or monthly).
  3. Review the details, and click on the “Request payment” button to finalise the process.

The recipient will receive an email notification with multiple payment options for the request.  

Invoices

Invoicing provides another way to receive money in your Native Teams account. 

  1. Access the “Invoices” feature from the main menu of your account.
  2. Fill in all the necessary fields: recipient, issue and due dates, currency, and category.
  3. Add items to your invoicing list. You can also attach files from your device or from the documents section of your account. 
  4. Confirm the details and send the invoice to finalise the process.
