How direct debit works?

Direct debit keeps your invoice payments fully automated while giving you complete visibility at every stage. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

  • Step 1: Set up your account once

Connect your business bank account securely through our platform, powered by GoCardless. The initial setup takes only a few minutes.

  • Step 2: We notify you

Before every payment is collected, you will receive an automated email notification from GoCardless with the invoice amount and the exact debit date.

  • Step 3: We debit automatically

On the due date, the amount is securely debited from your authorised account. The payment will appear clearly on your bank statement.

  • Step 4: You stay up to date

You get email updates for every payment and can track all invoices and transactions for complete transparency.
