My wallet is in a negative balance. What does this mean?

Your wallet can only go into a negative balance when payroll reservations are deducted. This happens automatically, as you can’t manually spend more than your available balance.

If your wallet has a negative balance, you won’t be able to top up your card or withdraw money to your bank account until your balance is positive again.
