What happens if my wallet has a negative balance?

If your wallet balance is negative when funds arrive, the system will calculate the remaining available amount. Only the positive available balance will be used for the card top-up.

For example, if your wallet balance is –1,000 EUR and you receive 1,500 EUR, only 500 EUR will be transferred to your card.
