• Our role: We manage the complex calculations, generate compliant documentation (payslips/declarations), and provide a centralised platform for data collection.
• Your role: You remain the sole legal employer. You are responsible for executing salary payments and tax remittances, and for ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key distinction: Unlike our Employer of Record (EOR) model, where Native Teams assumes legal liability and processes payments, this service keeps the legal responsibility and payment execution in your hands.
