What is the “monthly inputs” page?

The "monthly inputs" page provides a unified, task-based view of payroll input collection for both Employer of Record (EOR) and Payroll seats. On this page, you can view all employees in your organisation, clearly distinguish between EOR seats and Payroll seats, and see each employee's legal entity. You can also filter and group this information by seat type and country.

Status tracking for the current month is managed through two main tabs:

  • To review tab: This tab shows the number of team members who need to be reviewed this month. It displays employees with inputs that have not yet been requested and those that are pending approval. From here, you can review employee requests, use the search and country filters, or select "no changes" to automatically move an employee to the completed section.

Completed tab: This tab shows the number of team members who completed this month. It displays employees who had requests reviewed (approved or rejected), employees marked as "complete with no changes," and employees with inputs that you added directly. From this tab, your available action is to view the details of these completed inputs.
