How to get started with Eorly

Getting started with Eorly is simple. Native Teams provides a dedicated local entity for your employees and manages the employment administration, so you don't have to establish and manage a company yourself.

How does the onboarding process work?

  1. Choose your hiring location

Tell us where you're planning to hire and how many employees you want to onboard. We'll check Eorly's availability in your chosen country.

  1. Get a dedicated entity

Where available, we'll provide a pre-set-up legal entity exclusively for your team. If no suitable entity is available, we may need to establish a new one.

  1. Onboard your employees

Your employees are hired through the dedicated entity, with their employment contracts, payroll and social security registrations in its name.

  1. Start managing your team

Native Teams manages payroll, employment law compliance, benefits and company-specific employment policies while you manage your team's day-to-day work.

How long does Eorly onboarding take?

If a pre-established entity is available, the onboarding process can begin immediately and is expected to take approximately one week to complete.

If a new entity needs to be established, the timeline will depend on the country's incorporation and registration requirements.

Do I need to set up the entity myself?

No. Native Teams provides the dedicated entity and manages the employment arrangements on your behalf. You can continue using Eorly after the initial agreement term or choose to take ownership of the entity when you're ready.
