When will auto-withdrawal not be triggered?

Auto-withdrawal won’t happen in the following scenarios: 

• The received amount is below 0.50 EUR
• The received amount exceeds 2,500 EUR
• Your card is frozen, blocked, or inactive
• Your organisation has enabled auto-withdrawal to the bank instead
• Your wallet balance remains negative after the payment

In these situations, the funds will remain in your wallet.
