You'll need a valid identity document (passport or ID card), a live selfie taken directly in the app to confirm your identity, and, in some cases, proof of address (clearly photographed, with all corners visible, matching your account details). You'll also confirm personal details such as your full name, date of birth, tax ID, address, email, and phone number as part of the same process.
Reviews are normally completed within a few business days; if yours is pending longer, it usually means a document needs re-uploading, and we'll tell you exactly which one and why. Verification is also required before your Native Teams card can be issued or activated.
