What do I need to complete verification (KYC), and why is it still pending?

You'll need a valid identity document (passport or ID card) and, in some cases, proof of address (clearly photographed, with all corners visible, matching your account details). 

Reviews are normally completed within [X business days]; if yours is pending longer, it usually means a document needs re-uploading, and we'll tell you exactly which one and why. Verification is also required before your Native Teams card can be issued or activated.
