What is the default top-up process?

By default, EPS card top-ups follow a manual approval process:

• Step 1. You submit a top-up request
• Step 2. The requested amount is reserved from your wallet
• Step 3. The request is reviewed
• Step 4. Once approved, the funds are transferred to your EPS card

Until approved, the request will appear as pending in your wallet.
