Why do you need my company documents?

As your legal Employer of Record, we’re required by AML (anti-money laundering) and KYB (know-your-business) regulations to verify every client company before employment can begin.

This is a standard part of our onboarding process and helps ensure compliance for both parties. As part of the review, we'll request your company registration documents, ownership (UBO) information, and a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA). 

Once all required documents have been submitted, the review is typically completed quickly. If any additional information or updates are needed, we'll let you know exactly what's required.
